The Education Team assists licensed childcare facilities by offering candidate Teacher Aid , Teacher, and Directors to Florida schools.
Our services are designed to minimize the challenge and cost associated with recruiting, screening, training, and
maintaining childcare professionals. The Education Team offers several solutions to meet your short and
long-term needs allowing you the time to focus on the children and families who put their trust in you every
day. Our professionals are always fully screened and pre-qualified. Background screenings are completed
and provided to meet State and County licensing requirements. The Education Team also provides drug
screening, performance evaluations, and training to support our goal of providing the highest quality
childcare professionals available.Emergency SubstituteWhen faced with a short-term emergency, we provide experienced, credentialed childcare professionals to fill in for your existing employees. Complete our Emergency Substitute Request Form and we can have a qualified childcare professional at your center usually within an hour. |
Substitute to ExtendedSubstitute to Extended employees are available for conversion to your staff after 90 working days.* A "Sub to Extend" solution offers you time to assess the childcare professional's performance and determine if this employee fits the needs of your center. * refers to full-time hours only |
Extended PlacementThe Education Team can provide your facility with an extended employee placement, reducing cost and saving valuable management time. Acting as your Human Resources Department, we provide people and programs specifically designed for the early childcare environment. With the Extended Placement plan, we can convert your existing staff (cooks, teacher aids, teachers, and directors) to the plan at the salary level you determine. When vacancies occur, we'll replace the employee at no additional cost. |
Faith Based Initiatives
The Education Team provides on going support for faith several based school in Florida. We have also helped new programs start-up

We
contracted with The Education Team for a turnkey operation of hiring staff
and payroll for our preschool. Immediately they began handling applications
for licensing, finalizing building and furnishing issues, and had our
preschool open and operating in Februrary 2006. Our preschool opened up
offering VPK, Title 20, in addition to full pay preschool childcare from
infants through four year olds.We can notenough about the help, service,
